Our Haven Sensory Room is a calm, welcoming space designed especially for children with sensory sensitivities, including those with autism. It provides a safe and peaceful environment where kids can take a break, regulate their senses, and feel comfortable while still being part of the church community.
The room includes soft lighting, calming sensory tools, comfortable seating, and quiet activities that help children relax and reset when the main environment feels overwhelming. Parents and caregivers are welcome to stay with their child and use the space whenever needed during services or events.
At our church, we believe every child is wonderfully made and deserves a place where they feel safe, valued, and included. The Haven Sensory Room helps make church accessible for all families so everyone can worship, learn, and grow together.
